By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the joyo9 website (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "the Site", or "joyo9"), you ("the Player", "you", or "the User") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and joyo9. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform. Continued use of joyo9 following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an account on joyo9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. joyo9 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Underage gambling is prohibited absolutely.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the joyo9 Platform under any prior account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that you yourself have submitted to joyo9 through our Responsible Gaming tools.

joyo9 does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, conduct an age verification review, and report the matter to the appropriate parties where required. Any winnings accrued by a player subsequently found to be under 21 will be voided and forfeited.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on joyo9 at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), your date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly should any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. joyo9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify joyo9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

joyo9 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the sending institution. joyo9 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately five (5) minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that matches the name on the player's joyo9 account.
• joyo9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Players must wager their initial deposit at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted (this requirement does not apply to deposits made using Visa or Mastercard where a higher wagering threshold may apply — see bonus terms).
• joyo9 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must originate from an account registered in the player's own name.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to support immediately. joyo9 will not be responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet numbers provided by the player.

joyo9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus will be clearly set out in the relevant promotion page or offer notification.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures is prohibited.
• joyo9 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or modify any bonus if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being abused, including through collusion, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus fraud.
• Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at any given time. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh events are governed by their own dedicated promotion pages, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• joyo9 reserves the right to discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and in progress will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting.

All sports betting activity on joyo9 is governed by the betting rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. The following general principles apply to all betting markets across cricket, football, table tennis, kabaddi, and all other sports offered:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest error in odds (for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault), joyo9 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Pre-match bets placed after an event has started will be void. joyo9 employs automated systems to prevent late bet acceptance, but in cases where a bet is accepted in error after an event begins, it will be voided.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events (wickets, goals, injury stoppages). joyo9 is not liable for bets that cannot be placed during such suspensions.
• For cricket markets, joyo9 follows ICC match result standards. In the event of a match being abandoned due to weather or other circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the published cricket betting rules applicable to the specific competition format.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• Accumulator bets (parlays) are permitted across eligible markets. If any selection in an accumulator is void, that selection will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator will be recalculated accordingly.

All casino and slot games available on joyo9 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Microgaming, NetEnt, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is subject to the rules embedded within the game itself, which are accessible via the game interface, in addition to these Terms.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) slots and table games on joyo9 use certified random number generation systems that are independently audited for fairness. Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or spin.

• Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) are broadcast in real time from licensed studio facilities. joyo9 is not responsible for network interruptions on the player's side that prevent participation in a live round.
• If a technical fault interrupts a game session before a round is completed, the round will be settled based on the game provider's recorded game state at the point of interruption. In cases where the game state cannot be determined, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are awarded according to the individual jackpot game rules and are paid in BDT at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. Maximum jackpot payout caps may apply — these will be stated in the game rules.
• Players may not use any software, algorithm, or external tool designed to predict game outcomes, exploit RNG patterns, or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players in live games. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the joyo9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one joyo9 account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Identity fraud: Using a false name, false date of birth, or another person's identity or payment credentials to register or transact on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or exploit the Platform's systems.
• Money laundering: Using joyo9 deposits and withdrawals to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of crime. joyo9 reserves the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant anti-money-laundering authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after wagering deposited funds. joyo9 will pursue recovery through all available legal channels.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions, or any other automated means to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Offensive conduct: Harassing, threatening, or abusing joyo9 staff or other players through any channel, including live chat, email, or in-game communication features.

joyo9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request is issued.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated to the registered email address before they take effect.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all outstanding verification requirements are met. joyo9 is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violation.

joyo9 is deeply committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and that players should always remain in control of their activity. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-exclusion: Request a long-term exclusion from the Platform for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will be halted.

All content on the joyo9 Platform — including but not limited to the joyo9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of joyo9 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from joyo9.
• Use joyo9's brand name, logo, or any derivative thereof in any commercial context, advertising, or promotional material.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Unauthorised use of joyo9's intellectual property will be pursued through all available civil and criminal legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joyo9, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary wagering decisions.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseeable technical incidents.
• Network interruptions on your side that affect your ability to place bets or participate in live casino games.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party game providers that affect game availability or session continuity.

joyo9's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by joyo9's own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

joyo9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

joyo9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing and are never held in plain text. Payment data is handled in accordance with applicable payment card industry security standards.

joyo9 will not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share data with payment processing partners, KYC verification service providers, and game studios strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to binding data processing agreements. joyo9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file and will update the effective date displayed at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
